What we collect
PLACEHOLDER. Account email (via Google sign-in) and the trading data you log or import (trades, journals, strategies, notes).
How we use it
PLACEHOLDER. To provide the journal, compute your statistics, and generate the weekly Ledger review.
Who processes your data
PLACEHOLDER. We rely on the following processors:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting.
- OpenAI — generates the weekly Ledger review. See the AI section below.
AI processing (OpenAI)
PLACEHOLDER (factual — verify against the current payload before finalizing). When AI review is enabled, we send OpenAI your aggregated weekly statistics and your strategy descriptions, plus your journal and strategy names. We do not send your email, raw trade notes, or broker/account identifiers. You can disable AI review in Settings; the app then uses a rules-based summary and sends nothing to OpenAI.
Data retention, export, and deletion
PLACEHOLDER. During the closed alpha, request a data export or account deletion by emailing us at [PLACEHOLDER support email]. Deleting your account removes your journals, trades, and derived data.
