/ CTRADER SYNC
Connect with your cTrader ID and I pull your full trade history — every fill, commission, and swap. Read-only, no passwords, no manual entry. Then I do my actual job: show you where you're losing money and what to fix first.
Official Open API, OAuth sign-in, view-only scope. I can read your history — I can't place, change, or close a trade. Revoke access in your cTrader ID whenever you want.
Every fill in the account, grouped into positions, with commission and swap counted in. Gross numbers flatter you — net numbers are the truth.
New trades land in your journal on their own. The journal you don't have to remember is the one that actually gets kept.
Pepperstone, IC Markets, or any other broker running cTrader. The connection goes through your cTrader ID, so there's no per-broker setup.
Synced trades get an R multiple only when there's a recorded stop — I don't invent risk you never defined. Costs are counted, sample size is respected, and nothing gets graded on a guess. A journal that flatters you is worse than no journal at all.
/ WHAT I DO WITH IT
Win rate, expectancy, R distribution, profit factor, results by session and hour — computed from what actually happened in your account.
I read your whole history and rank what to fix — worst session, overtrading, oversizing after losses. One to three things that matter, in plain words.
Loss streaks, rule breaks, drift from your plan. I'm hard on the behavior that costs you money, before the account teaches it the hard way.
/ QUESTIONS
Any broker that runs cTrader — Pepperstone, IC Markets, and the rest. You authorize once with your cTrader ID; there is no per-broker setup.
The connection uses cTrader's official Open API with a view-only scope. NoGrail can read your trade history but cannot place, modify, or close trades. No passwords are shared, and you can revoke access in your cTrader ID settings at any time.
Yes. Demo and live accounts both sync. Connecting a demo account first is a fine way to see how the journal reads your trading.
From your recorded stop loss. If a trade had no stop, it gets no R — the outcome shows in money and percent instead of an invented number.
NoGrail is in closed alpha and free while the alpha runs. There is a short application — the group stays small so every tester gets real attention.
