/ BYBIT SYNC

The trading journal that reads your Bybit account.

Connect a read-only API key and I pull your perps history — fills, fees, and funding, all counted. No manual entry, no touching your funds. Then I do my actual job: show you where you're losing money and what to fix first.

01

Connect with a read-only key

Bybit lets you create an API key that is read-only by design. Paste it in and I read your history — if a key can withdraw, I refuse it. I can't touch your funds or your positions.

02

Your perps history, backfilled

USDT perpetuals, up to a year back. Entries and exits at real fill times, grouped into positions, P/L net of fees.

03

Funding counted

Perp funding quietly eats edges. I pull it from your transaction log and net it into each position, so the R you see is the R you actually made.

04

Stays in sync

New closes land in your journal on their own, and open positions show up while they run. Demo accounts sync too, if you want to test first.

THE RULE

If your data can't support a number, you won't see one.

Synced trades get an R multiple only when there's a real stop behind it — I don't invent risk you never defined. Fees and funding are counted, sample size is respected, and nothing gets graded on a guess. A journal that flatters you is worse than no journal at all.

/ WHAT I DO WITH IT

Synced history is the input. Coaching is the product.

01

Honest performance stats

Win rate, expectancy, R distribution, profit factor, results by session and hour — computed from what actually happened in your account.

02

The Ledger Report

I read your whole history and rank what to fix — worst session, overtrading, oversizing after losses. One to three things that matter, in plain words.

03

Risk discipline

Loss streaks, rule breaks, drift from your plan. I'm hard on the behavior that costs you money, before the account teaches it the hard way.

/ QUESTIONS

Straight answers.

What does it sync from Bybit?

USDT perpetual futures, backfilled up to 365 days: fills grouped into positions, realized P/L net of fees, funding merged in, plus your open positions while they run. Spot is planned but not in yet.

Is it safe to connect my Bybit account?

You connect with a read-only API key — Bybit lets you set that explicitly when creating the key. NoGrail rejects any key with withdraw permission, cannot place or close trades, and you can delete the key in Bybit at any time.

Do demo accounts work?

Yes. Bybit demo trading accounts sync — tick the demo option when connecting. It's a fine way to see how the journal reads your trading before connecting a live key.

How is R calculated on synced trades?

From your stop — a stop order or the protective stop on the position. If a trade had no stop, it gets no R: the outcome shows in money and percent instead of an invented number.

Are fees and funding included in the numbers?

Yes. P/L is net of trading fees, and funding payments are pulled from your transaction log and netted into the position they belong to. Gross numbers flatter you — net numbers are the truth.

What does it cost?

NoGrail is in closed alpha and free while the alpha runs. There is a short application — the group stays small so every tester gets real attention.
